Vernon Litigation Group and Kristian Kraszewski File Another Claim Against Fsc Securities

The claim is against FSC Securities Corporation for the wrongful endorsement and sale of highly risk-oriented investments to a Montana couple, as the most recent of many claims filed by the Vernon

(Newswire.net — April 20, 2015) Naples, Florida — Investor’s rights attorneys Chris Vernon and Kristian Kraszewski have teamed up to file another arbitration claim against FSC Securities Corporation for the wrongful endorsement and sale of highly risk-oriented investments to a Montana couple.   This is the most recent of the Vernon Litigation Group’s multiple claims against FSC Securities Corporation related to a terminated FSC Securities financial advisor in Montana.  The financial advisor, Barry Hartman, was terminated by FSC Securities within the last thirty days based on allegations that he violated firm policies, including his participation in outside business activities and private securities transactions.

The latest claim filed recently in FINRA arbitration by the Vernon Litigation Group and Kristian Kraszewski attests to the FSC Securities advisor’s assurances that he was able to provide the couple with investments that were conservative and safe.

The Claim describes how the advisor proceeded to invest the couple’s funds into investments that were neither conservative nor safe, but was, in fact, illiquid and speculative.  The investments at issue include a Behringer Harvard REIT (now known as TIER REIT), which the Vernon Litigation Group has written about extensively. The claim states that the advisor falsely represented the investments at issue.

Concerning the investments, the Claim alleges the advisor advised Claimants that he was selling the Behringer Harvard (TIER) REIT to all of his clients and that the investment would provide approximately a 7% return.  According to the Claim, Hartman did not disclose the risks and potential illiquidity associated with these types of investments.  In fact,  although global markets have experienced healthy returns as of late, the clients in this matter have suffered considerable losses from their TIER REIT investment.

This most recent Claim asserts that FSC Securities is responsible to the couple due to its failure in its duty to supervise Barry Hartman. The client is seeking compensatory damages, along with costs and attorney’s fees.

Investor’s rights attorneys Chris Vernon of the Vernon Litigation Group along with attorney Kristian Kraszewski represent numerous investors in Montana and throughout the country who have suffered considerable losses from alternative investments, such as Hedge Funds, Structured Products,  and non-traded REITs such as Behringer Harvard (TIER REIT, Inc.). If you are concerned about your investments with FSC Securities Corporation, Invizeon, other investments, or the circumstances under which any significant investments were offered and sold to you by any financial institution or financial advisor, please call the Vernon Litigation Group toll-free at (239) 319-4434.
