About Vernon Litigation

Vernon Healy is a Naples, Florida based law firm representing clients in courtroom litigation, mediations, and arbitrations throughout Florida and the United States.  As both advisors and advocates, the attorneys at Vernon Litigation believe our clients are best served by our constant focus on areas of the law related to investments and business.

Vernon Healy assists clients in recovering losses caused by all manner of financial fraud and negligence. We use our legal and negotiating skills to help investors, individuals and businesses recover losses through litigation, arbitration, mediation, and pre-suit negotiation.

We handle a wide variety of investment-related matters, including disputes involving securities (e.g., hedge funds, variable annuities, bonds, and mutual funds), real estate, banking, insurance, collateralized mortgage obligations, and collateralized debt obligations (CMOs and CDOs), structured products, non-traded REITs, and pension funds.

Vernon Healy focuses its practice on representing investors in disputes against investment advisors, stockbrokers, broker-dealers, financial advisors, insurance companies, and others in both Court and in arbitration.

In addition to representing investors in the litigation and arbitration of business and financial disputes, Vernon Healy also represents clients in all aspects of financial disputes, including but not limited to shareholder disputes, investment fraud, financial institution disputes, business to business financial disputes, and contract disputes.

The attorneys of Vernon Healy are also experienced in litigating and arbitrating business disputes, including cases involving receiverships, breaches of contract, and minority business owners’ rights.

Vernon Healy strives to exceed our clients’ expectations and to obtain outstanding results.  We will not take your case if we believe we will not be able to meet that goal.

Vernon Healy believes that our mission extends beyond our client base and into the community.  We educate investors about scams and abusive practices; we are active in charitable and community service programs, and we offer the public an easy way to investigate a stockbroker’s background.
